FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All passengers can pay cash right at the boat.
Absolutely! We are a wallet friendly operation. You cannot beat our price and value!
Go to the "SCHEDULE" page on this website and you will see the pick-up times at each stop. Please arrive a few minutes early so we don't miss you!
Yes, you can hop on and hop off as many times as you like in a day once you have paid the initial $10.00.
Sorry no pets are allowed on the boat except for registered service dogs.
Only if you feel the service was tip worthy. We thank you in advance for your generosity!
We may not operate when the forecast calls for a persistent or prolonged rain event. Our priority is your safety. You may call our number to inquire if the service is running on a questionable weather day. If we are...please wear appropriate anti-slip footware.
Food is not permitted. You may bring your own drinks in a plastic container.
The boat is regularly inspected by the US Coast Guard and meets/exceeds all their strict commercial vessel safety requirements. This boat is one of the safest and most reliable vessels of its kind on the water. Plus, we hire only the best Captains so you are in good hands!
We do allow passengers to stay on for more than one continuous sightseeing loop in non-peak times or when the volume is low enough to allow it. The Captain may institute a one loop max in the busier times. However, in peak Winter season "looping" is discouraged and may not be allowed is volume is too high. If you would like to ride for one full loop, please ask the Captain if it is ok do so.
Groups larger than 6 need to schedule ahead with the service. Limited seating is available on the boat, therefore, obtaining the reservation will guarantee seat availability for your party. If you decide to come out with a group without a reservation, we cannot guarantee that there will be enough seats for your party at any time during your outing. This usually ends up poorly with your party being split up or having to walk/Uber back to your car.
The Captain reserves the right to decline groups that do not have the reservation form in hand. It is the Captain's job to ensure smooth and safe operations for the day/evening - groups without a reservations can jam up the system and cause others who are out making stops to be blocked from being able to get back on the boat.
No it is not. The Bay is often very conjested with boats of all shapes and sizes. We want our Captains to concentrate on the water around them at all times to ensure the safety of our passengers. Therefore, we decided safety comes first and decided to forgo any narration.
