Service Info
In the event of an anticipated schedule change or extended service interruption due to weather or black out periods, information will be placed on our phone message.
Naples weather is subject to sudden and severe changes, especially during the summer months. In such cases, minute-to-minute service advisories would be impossible to accurately post here. During periods when severe weather is likely or when inclement conditions are forecast, it is advisable to call us at 239-206-0160 to confirm that we are operating.
The Captain may suspend service or cancel service if he/she deems the weather to be dangerous. If this occurs and you are out at one of the stops, then you must find an alternate means of returning to your car (i.e., cab or Uber).

Scheduled service blackouts and other more long-term service interruptions will be listed below…

What kind of weather-related scenarios will shut down the shuttle service?
- Any time lightning is near the bay, or
- Persistent rain, or
- Unseasonably cold weather that negatively effects volume, or
- High winds (i.e., small craft advisory)
These kinds of conditions are just no fun for the operator or passengers…and can obviously be unsafe.
If the weather is questionable…call 239-206-0160 to check if we are operating.
